Garden Day Video....

Getting the whole family involved in the garden is a fun way to learn and spend time together. :)
We are in the midst of planning another Seedling Swap this Spring.  Can't wait!
Seriously, the clip at 1:27 on this video is too cute.

Video made by Tiger in a Jar for Olive Us.

Rebounding....

Seriously loving my mini trampoline and feeling good.
The one pictured is from Target.  However, I recently purchased a Weider 38" at Sport Chalet for a bit less.

Check out the benefits of exercising on one,  here and here.
Please jump with care. :)

A little color...

Loving these red lips...

Felt good to start on some of our goals
Biking together in our "backyard".... in the mountain paths 10 minutes away from home before the rain comes this week.  Love it!

Static Free....

I don't know about you, but the winter months sometimes bring on the desire to hibernate, cozy up under blankets, and eat comfort foods.  I'm thinking maybe Northeasterners can definitely relate?

At any rate, I'm trying to remind myself more and more that we as humans were not meant to remain motionless,  physically, mentally or otherwise.  It's a necessity that I am trying to keep in my daily routine.  As Gabrielle Reece put it on a recent post, "don't lose your health to appreciate it."

I've already got Spring in mind and another vegetable garden in the works.  More to come on that!  Trying to add more exercise and want the husband and I to do that together when we can.  Our poor bikes have deflated tires if that's any indication!!  :-P

Here are a few things from around the web that have got me motivated...

Hope your week is off to a good start!
